missingWrote a review on 24 Deccomfortable bedsfrustrating check-ininconsistent water temperature
Comfortable beds in a charming atmosphere.
The check-in time is frustratingly late at 4 PM, giving me little time to explore Florence on my brief visit. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, making it quite uncomfortable during my stay. The small elevator is cute but felt outdated. it could barely fit two people with luggage, leading to a frustrating wait.

While visiting Florence to see the stunning sights, the stay was quite enjoyable. The room was beautifully renovated with high ceilings and tiled floors, providing a charming atmosphere. I appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk from the Mercato Centrale and the iconic Ponte Vecchio. It was great that I could leave my luggage before check-in and after checkout to explore more of the city.

the check-in time at 4pm is positively ridiculous, especially for a solo traveler like me with no time to waste! And honestly, if I had known the elevator only goes to the third floor, I wouldn't have packed so much! a room upgrade would’ve been nice—a small courtesy for all the hassle! just couldn’t let my fellow travelers suffer uninformed.

good experience but with some room for improvement
The breakfast offered a delightful variety of options, setting a great tone for the day. The friendly staff made our stay more enjoyable by providing helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. I appreciated the clean room and comfortable bed, which allowed for restful nights after exploring all day.
The elevator, while quirky and charming, felt a bit outdated.
